The FSA offers a 12-month work-based training programme in Community Programme Development teaching exceptional individuals the skills to manage an FSA project.

Duration: 12 month x 6 hours per week

Brief Description:

Community Development & Training programme empowering members of the local community to get involved with the organisation and development of community sustainability and cohesiveness.

You will learn how to organise FSA youth and community programmes in and around your local community gaining the skills to manage, schedule and oversee FSA activities and programming.

  • Tackle any issues, communicate and represent the concerns of local FSA community clubs, programmes and teams to central office.
  • Represent their community in any issues and advice on any FSA programmes and projects that are recommended in their local FSA club house.
  • Gain leadership, teamwork, communication and project management skills.
